Q. What were some of the
challenges of the project, and
how were they overcome?
A. The two biggest challenges
were narrowing stone top choices
to three or four when there
are so many nice selections
available, and delaying top
selections until relatively
late in the project to allow
buyers maximum flexibility.
AGM worked with us very well
to solve both of these issues,
and were very accommodating
to please a variety of condo
buyers.
Q.
What are some of the unique
architectural features of this
project?
A. All of the kitchens have
3cm stone tops with either subway
tile or stone tile backsplashes,
and I think that is a very nice
element to have in a kitchen.
The stone tops are so much nicer
than plastic laminate or tile
tops with grout. There really
is no comparison in quality
and look. So many materials
and colors come and go with
the latest trends, but I think
that certain stone selections
are classics and will never
go out of favor.
Q.
Are there any other comments
or information that you wish
to share?
The
installers at AGM did a great
job, and the company is a family
owned business. The owners pay
a great deal of attention to
detail and take a lot of pride
in doing excellent work. But
what truly separates them, is
how they deal with problems;
always in a positive manner
and with a desire to make the
customer happy, and nowhere
are there more varieties of
customers and expectation levels
than on a condo project.
